masks off.

it seems that the clinton machine, enamored with the republican methods used to win in 2000 and 2004 just don't know when to stop. in my long winded post about the 'elite' moniker quickly attached to Obama for the 'small towners are (gasp!) bitter' comment i shared my thoughts on why even going down that path is insane for clinton--yet, quick history lesson--let's not forget how well the 'publicans worked it against gore and kerry, both completely willing to play into their shit-stained paws.

gore failed the test by taking on an air of snooty, professorial lecturer (the so-called liberal media went so far as to label him 'fey' and nearly 'faggy.') while kerry donned a duck hunting jacket and yammered on about normal joe shit like 'lambert(sic) field' and the everyman sport of windsurfing. will this elitist shit play when cast on a black (is he black enough yet?) man from chicago with a less than silver-spooned history? nah. it isn't. as hill continues to ruin what credibility she had by blundering her way through trying to find a hot button to push (in her PA commercial on elitism and offended voters, she cast a new jersey voter--he voted clinton already--as a pissed off pennsylvanian) and ol' bill keeps misremembering her lies and delusions, mccain't is out promising more tax cuts for corporations (hey from 35% to 25%!) and shit, let's stop paying tax on gas to save some pennies. (i'll take the money away from schools or healthcare to fix the roads you are fucking up by driving everywhere you need to go, it's all good!)

listen to me good, i am going to put this in the most simplistic terms that i can.

the masks off...
voting for john mccain=voting for 4 more years of bush/cheney. his only plan is to make the rich, richer, the war last longer, the u.s. citizenry stupider, less healthy and more afraid of the things that really have no bearing in our day to day lives. the fucking take-home message--mccain is bush.

voting for hillary clinton=a vote for politics. who likes politics? politics to most of us means stalemate, the world stands still while nothing changes, yet pockets get filled, not your pocket or my pocket--but those invested in politics--lobbyists, corporations, contractors and the almighty pork barrelists. politicians hate change, they don't understand it, they long for the 'good old days' of their parties. hell, don't we all, but we can't go back to 1992. the fucking take-home message--clinton (h) is not clinton (b).

take a chance on change...a chance at 'change' is better than the sure fire 'same' you get with the other choices. let's give someone without a lifetime in the game of politics & washington hustlin' a nod, if we fail, fuck it, we tried. obama.
