Tuesday, January 22, 2008 well, looks like i came in through the back door, as i fooled around and almost missed the deadline for the New Orleans Photo Alliance 'Toy Stories' show. yes, i'm in. thanks to juror and my personal online toy camera hero, Susan Burnstine, who saw fit to let my shot 'ponder' into the fray. i'm surely not alone, Bill V., Annabelle T., Gary M. and Warren H. will be hanging. special 'word up' to Warren for snagging an Honorable Mention for the show. i promise you this, his diaper box pinhole work will soon be snagging honors worldwide, yes it is that damned good. the opening reception for Toy Stories will be Saturday, February 16 from 6 - 9 p.m. The exhibit will close on Tuesday, April 1.
