Saturday, August 25, 2007 cross the street from your storefront cemetery hear me hailing from inside and realize i am the conscience clear in pain or ecstacy and we were all weaned my dear upon the same fatigue... heres' an image outside the door of Sami's Music where Sami and his co-worker were shot for about $47. Sami lived to testify, Derek Elam, the young man from my home town who worked at the shop didn't. this happened 3 years ago... i shot this storefront nod a few weeks ago...the sentiments above are lyrics from the now classic TV on the Radio single from a few years ago...here is Staring At The Sun covered by The Subways.
