Friday, September 08, 2006 you know me, i truly am a flag waver for toy cameras. i consider the most influential shooters in my head the core group of folk i discovered at toycamera.com a couple of fall seasons ago. so i think it is cool that 3 of my toy images got selected in the Photography NOW show. i feel it is an accomplishment for me as a photographer, sure, but when toy camera-produced images make the cut with large format, H-blad, mega-digi work and other 'accepted' fine art works i think it is a feather in the cap of all of us who indulge in plastic art. there is a nice show blurb in the local daily today... have a read. do you think i make people paranoid following them to shoot their t-shirt messages? stay back.
