![]() this is a journey. Sunday, May 14, 2006 ...parenthood, I'm talking about...those in the boat know of what I speak. Motherhood, fatherhood, parenthood cannot be appreciated by a day where we exchange cards, lunches and gifts. Is that to say, we shouldn't do those things? And hug your kids if you have them around and try and get to a place where yours still like you...it isn't always easy, it is a journey and we all know how expensive fuel can be and how much wear and tear a vehicle can take along the way...Moms, all of you, you have my respect, what you do for yours is rarely rivaled by the roles us Dads have in our children's lives, we are mere mortals...you are something much more.
